We are replacing a radiator and need to know how to bleed the system(combi boiler). Can anyone advise please?

re-pressureise (opening the silver flexible pipe under the boiler and bleed as normal up to 1 on the dial on the boiler.

Same way as any other radiator, only difference is that refilling or bleeding on a combi will result in pressure loss. You then use filling loop to restore pressure
