Bleeding radiators with heat interface unit

I need to bleed a radiator, but the flat I'm in has communal heating with a Meibes heat interface unit. I know how you normally bleed a radiator and for combi boilers you have to top up the water to the right pressure. How does it work for a HIU? The last thing I want to do is bleed a radiator and lose all pressure! Anyone with any experience with communal heating / HIUs know how to do this?
