Replacing espagnolette on a Rockdoor

The espagnolette on our Rockdoor is getting very difficult to lock and unlock. How do I remove and repair/replace it?

Have you tried it all a good spray with silicone spray ?

Quickest and easiest to free sticking locks

Thanks for the suggestion but, yes, that was the first thing I did. Oiled every access point I could find. Must admit, I didn't take off the handles or anything. I will try that and see if I can remove the eurocylinder as well. I don't think that's the problem but you never know.

Yes silicone spray everything

Examine everything whilst oiling and you might spot what's wrong
