Replacing radiators

I want to replace all my old radiators with modern TRV convector types. Is there anyway of doing this without draining the system?

It's tricky to replace radiators without draining the system. Let us know if you do manage it as the technique might work for hot water cylinders too

If you want to replace them all, why not wait till summer & drain whole system & replace all together.
