They both have volt free contacts so the answer is: YES.
If there is a wire linking L and 4 on the Switchmaster, you will need to link L and 5 on the Horstmann. If no link on the Switchmaster then no link on thr Horstmann.
The terminal equivalents are:
Switchmaster L = Horstmann L
Switchmaster N = Horstmann N
Switchmaster 4 = Horstmann 5
Switchmaster 1 = Horstmann 4
