replacing waste on old cast bath

Hi I want to replace the waste on our cast iron roll top bath. It is rusted and staining the enamel, which we are planning on getting re-done.
Is this an easy job?Will I get a new waste to fit?

Yeah most plumbers merchants will sell off the shelf (unless you want a gold one, in which case you'll need to order it). Take the old one in to match it up if you're unsure
