Valve is shagged - I would get an engineer round - thses boilers are a pig to work on.

The PRV is unique to this boiler!
The boiler has to be removed from the wall or at the minimum eased a few cm away from the wall to replace the PRV.
A VERY bad design!

About £23 I expect. It might be possible to just clean it.
I once spend an evening with this Jewish taxi driver. About two hours on his SD boiler and another hour enjoying the Chinese take away and his jewish/taxi jokes.
Much as I enjoyed the evening with him I declined to go back when it failed a couple of weeks later.
