Resistance is futile

Ridiculous, we aren't even allowed to break the law any more...
It is meant to be policing by consent. Filming inside a person's vehicle into their private space is intrusive but I wouldn't expect socialists and communists to have a problem with that, like yourself.

Don't use your phone while driving then

Meanwhile, big benefits of AI are already being realised...........

It is hard to imagine you voted Conservative all your life as you appear to not uphold the core values of freedom and privacy.

but I wouldn't expect socialists and communists
I'm neither.

Deaths are caused by mobile phone use and not using seat belts, I don't care how intrusive it seems.

Driving a vehicle is also by consent - in that the DVLA consents to you being allowed to - subject to certain conditions.
And that permission can be revoked.
You're not a Conservative, you're a liberal tagging onto their coat tails because they tax you less.

I voted conservative because that is what my parents did, and I thought - rightly or wrongly - that they were the more sensible and moderate choice.

Times change, and people change.

I don't. Simple as. I saw no mention of AI being implemented as it is being when Trump was on the campaign trail.
I don't think enough people saw through musk on the election trail.

He wasn't supporting trump just because he's a Republican.

He bought his position, it was obvious he was going to get a reward for it.

If the electorate couldn't see it then more fool them. The problem is that, even we, will suffer because of their choice

I agree with policing by consent

I don't agree with the reckless few driving into vehicles and people because they were on their phone.

It's a difficult line, but do you support the freedom to kill others by recklessness ?

Filming inside a person's vehicle into their private space

An interesting suggestion that a person driving on a public road is in a private space.

Perhaps they're allowed to swig from a bottle of whisky while reading a book, as well.
