restoring lawn colour.....

Mowed the lawn yesterday evening and the grass has turned white in patches, whats the best/easiest way of restoring it to a healthy colour again.....?
 
Yes something with P and K in it, but any general fertilizer will do.
 
Not knowing what the weather is like your way but mine is looking pretty dodgy just because it needs a good watering.
 
make sure if you use a granular feed it must be watered in, if you leave it on the lawn for a couple of dry days it may scorch it. SO if no rain is forecast use a liquid feed or be prepared to hose it.
