Returfing

Hi,

I think my garden was just a dumping ground for rubble. See attached. Wherever I dig my fork there's half bricks, bottles etc.

I would like to returf properly with top soil. Will contractors dig down and fish out all this rubble I.E. is it part of the cost? I'd like it dug out as the lawn is uneven in places and suspect this rubbish is not helping.

I guess they do whatever you specify.

You'd better tell them about it when you get quotes even if you don't want them to remove it.
