Buonasera, scusate ma sono nuovo, ho un problema con la centrale allarme Risco lightsys 2 che non si avvia più, non si collega più ne in locale, ne ip e ne cloud.
sulla tastiera mi dice Place wait Oppure mi dice di premere il tasto invio e ogni volta si riavvia la tastiera e ritorna sempre li.
Ho provato di tutto ma niente e come se fosse bloccata.
Ho pensato anche di provare a caricare il firmware originale, con la seriale, ma non ho il firmware e il programma uniprog per interfacciarmi, qualcuno può aiutarmi? Grazie

Is the system rebooting regularly?
You say the panel is no longer connecting to the cloud?

If the panel is rebooting it could be a power problem and this could also mean that the internet connection is never established.

If the panel battery is a few years old, disconnect the mains, does system still power up?

Praticamente tutti i led della centrale lampeggiano, ma non dà nessun segno di funzionamento

Not sure I understand fully, if the panel does not start without the battery, then you have a mains power problem, and you need to replace the power pack.

Hif your having power problems then the chances are you will need a new battery also as it may not be charged.

It looks like the panel is not initialiising properly.

If it was working previously and isnt now whats changed recently, power cut? any work done?

I would power down the unit completley mains and battery.
Leave down powered for at least 30 seconds
Power up mains power only, maybe take a video of keypad powering up.

I see you have a lot of modules installed these all original (installed before issues).

Si praticamente funzionava tutto e bene, qualche giorno fa ho staccato e attaccato la batteria con la centrale accesa ed anche l'alimentatore, e da allora dopo averla accesa non inizializza più rimane ferma come nell' immagine

Ho lasciato spenta la centrale senza batteria e alimentazione per più di un giorno ma al riavvio la stessa cosa

Secondo me con il software uniprog bisognerebbe ricaricare il firmware originale

If you have not changed the program why do you need to reload the original?
The engineers manual will have the instructions on how to default the unit, but this will change the programing and bnot the firmware.

When you down powered down did you power up with the mains only?

Sul manuale tecnico non ci sono istruzioni per ripristinarla senza la tastiera, la tastiera rimane bloccata e si riavvia quando dall'invio.
Quando sono spento ho anche acceso solo con la rete ma niente
