Totally agree.You can drive dangerously and still be within the speed limit it is all down to the ability and experience of the driver.
Agree once again.A poor driver is more inclined to have an accident whatever speed he/she is doing.
Weather conditions also play a part ... The dibble are far more inclined to let people drive at 80 mph on a clear, dry and fine day with good visibility than when it's raining (or misty/foggy) and the visibility is poor.
When the natural flow of traffic on good clear days is 80 mph jobsworth (the law is the law) types sat at 70 mph frustrating everyone are more of a hazard than anyone else ... Speed differential is the hazard not the actual speed itself ... Autobahns are clear proof of this!
