Hello all, I have solid pine doors all through the house (reasonably heavy).

Most of them I've fitted proper 64mm catches but the bathroom and toilet have these fitted at the moment..

The quality is very poor, are there any better quality ones available?. All the ones I've seen look identical.

Has anyone used these before and are the any better?.

I'd rather not fit handle sprung catches if possible.

Any recommendations welcome!.

Cheers, Keith.

They are not very well made and I would prefer one with a little more force required to open and close.

I'd describe them as flimsy but it's probably me just being picky..

The ones you currently have are adjustable to increase the holding force, that being said the ones you are asking about are a lot more heavy duty/ greater holding capacity, we use them on site airing cupboard/ pairs of doors. They are a lot better quality
