Roller garage door issue - height adjustment / re-setting

Hi,

I have a novorol roller garage door system. The whole rooler door managed to come off its rollers. I have fixed back but when I "open" the garage door it only goes half way up and when i "close" it then it continues to run even when its fully closed.

I think there is some height setting i need to adjust / reset?
