Hoping someone out there could clarify a few things for me.. Ive upgraded my boiler recently to an Ideal logic plus sytem boiler.. its works in conjunction with a 2 zone valve diagram which i believe is an S plan.. Ive bought a honeywell wiring centre and have had no issues until connecting the room stat.. 
The terminals inside the honeywell centre read 1, earth, 2, and 3. Can anyone shed some light on what 1,2, and 3 are?? im guessing s/l perm live and nuetral??? any help would be appreciated.. The room stat is a BDR91 relay box if that helps.
