Looking to get a very rough idea of extension.
We currently live in a traditional 1930s 3 bed semi. To the rear of the property are 2 extentions built at different times. I want to extend the larger flat roof extention so we can fit 4m bi fold doors to the rear. Attach is a photograph, the shaded area is where we want the extention to come to. It cannot go the full length as it would block of our entry to the rear. All in all it would add about 2sqm floor space but we are really keen to have the bi folds. Moreover, we would be looking to replace the flat roof with a a pretty simple lean to pitched roof with 3 roof lights.
Not including the price of the bifolds, can someone give me a rough idea of price, we had a builder come who didn't see any issues with the proposals, we've been waiting a while for a quote though and keen to get an idea of how much we will need.
