Hi all,

I have some 18mm mdf and I want to round off the edges. What's the best way to do this?

I am thinking of a router bit but am not sure which will be suitable. It does not have to be fully rounded, just the edges.

Can anyone recommend what to use and where to get it?

Thanks

you could get one for about £2 as part off a set
yes your one will do fine also look at toolstation free postage on £10 orders

If you're planning on using the MDF anywhere that might get damp, remember to seal the edges really well otherwise the board will absorb moisture and "blow out" (get 50% thicker potentially), which is permanent and looks really naff!
