Rubber Soles for Dinning Furniture

Hi,

Sorry for this extremly basic issue, but I have got a new dinning room table (sitting on stripped wooden floors) and moving it or chairs causes dreadful noise for both me and my downstairs neighbour.

Can anyone think of any products in the DIY sheds that might be able to help? Something i could just glue/stable to the legs?
