Hi, ok so, weve purchased this house and are looking to convert most of the garage into living space.

Hopefully my "plan" make sense to you.
Also, photo of front of the house (the house in question is on the right, evident from the floorplan)

Would there be any issues? Would it need permission or is it "permitted development"?

Thinks like putting the washing machine and tumble dryer on the "inside" of the utility room was with noise in mind.

Thanks alot in advance.

First thing would be to check with the council whether that house actually has PD rights, or check the deeds for any restrictions.

If no restrictions, you can proceed with just building regulation approval.
