I'm trying to install an led striplight behind a mirror in my downstairs toilet (it will be supplied from a transformer connected to one of the downlights). In the ceiling void a joist is in the way but I could poke the cable through a hole that is already there through which the downstairs ring main cable runs. Am I ok to do this? Will there be any issues with interference?
