Running soil pipe stack through pitched roof of extension

Hi There, just after some advise regarding the above. I am building a new single storey extension and as i am moving my current bathroom downstairs i will be creating a new on suite in my master bedroom.

The only problem i can see with this is the fact that i will be running a 4" waste pipe right through the new pitched roof into the loft space as it were all the way to the existing stack pipe on the rear of the house.

I just wanted to verify that this didnt break any building regs really.....

Dont see as it'll be a problem, internal stacks were the norm at one stage, but check with Building Control that they are happy to approve it. (Dont want to install it all and then BCO refuses to sign off the work.)
