danfloss that's the future....out with the worn out drayton tempus 7.
got myself a ts715 si turbo...and looked at wiring diagrams for the last 3 hours....there different...any clues as to swop the 2
much help appreciated

:D :D :D :D thanks steve

who makes that ? danfoss

just found one

the ts715 is only single channel no good to you.

evening serco hope you had a good day.....poets day yahoo :D

danoss randall ts715 si

instruction book says could swop for my old broken drayton tempus one and two..i have a seven but am hoping 1 2 7 wiring all the same.

steve

wiring conversions instructions tried to simplify

mains load
ea n l com off spare on
ea n l 1 2 3 4

for conversion from drayton tempus 1 and 2

ea n l 1 3 4 2

so in my laymans terms does it mean swop 2 for 3 3 for4 4 for 2

looks like a trip to plumb centre again....thought all timers the same

not....

is there a big difference between single channel and my old drayton 7...plumb centre doing new drayton 7 so will pop in there and get replacement.

phone lines are easier to look after.decided plumbing too many different versions of the same thing....

steve

the difference is that a single channel will only do one thing
your 7 will do two things at different times. you know what i mean.

single channels ok if you what to add another heating zone.

i thought you would of just got a newer 7.
didn't they ask what you wanted ? muppets.

my local plumb centre this p.m

electrician after wireless room stat.

salesboy...all the boxes look the same do you want to come round this side and see what your after....l.o.l
and the electrician did.

so long and short...if i get a replacment drayton newer version 7

off with the old and on with the new...wiring should be the same touch wood.....coals getting low now.l.ol.....
