I installed a Salamander RHP50 Twin shower pump in my house over three years ago to replace a very old and very knackered 'Diamond Twin' type and it's been brilliant.
However, I turned on the shower a couple of days ago and.......nothing, nada, dead as a dodo. I've checked the mains supply and this is healthy right into the terminal block inside the pump, but Salamander don't seem to be answering the phone at the moment, so does anyone have any ideas? I'm happy to crack it open and have a poke round if necessary, but any suggestions as to possible causes would be very welcome.
