Hi,
Have just removed 10 very heavy old cast iron column radiators from a property which we are installing a new system using new convector rads.

Is it best to sell these radiators say on e-bay, or are they best sold as scrap?
Has anyone re-sold these style radiators?
If so, what prices can you expect?

many thanks

Flog em on eBay, they're worth a fortune to the right person.

Put a reserve of £50-100 quid each on them depending on size.

halve that £ and you might get rid of them to a sad b`guer like me who don`t mind painting them - And they must be the ones with legs

Thanks for the reply.

I will putthemon ebay this week then...

I have 10 to sell, which are in good condition all with fixed feet attached to them.

cheers

ps: i never knew these radiators could be sooooo heavy

I've sold one before on ebay, went quite quick! Was 300 x 300 x 1500mm and was a 4 man lift. Went for £180 though and cash on collection so can't argue with that!
