I have a Sandstone house that requires re-pointing (& cleaning) on the gable end.
It is relatively small - 6 metres x 5 metres high (approx) - so calculated approx 21 square metres.
Is there a guide price per sq metre that this work should cost? I have had 1 quote and it works out at £80 sq/metre which seems somewhat expensive.
Any advice appreciated.
