Sangamo 410 F4 replacement and wiring diagram

Hello,

My sangamo 410 central heating programmer is now knackered. It wa in the house when I moved in. Does anybody recommend a replacement. Also does have the wiring diagram for the F4 model, as I don't have any idea what the wires from the faceplate connect to.

as for replacement programmer,i use honeywell st 6400c or a danfoss fp715.depending on system.
