Saunier Duval F30E losing pressure

Hi, I am having problems with my saunier duval boiler F30E. For the past couple of weeks it has been losing pressure and I have to re pressurise every morning. The pipe that comes out of the outside wall loses water and so Ihave changed the pressure valve thinking this would do the trick but no it is still happening....any answers please?

When heating is on, does the pressure in the boiler rise quickly?
The prv is supposed to lift at 3 bar.
I would expect it to be the expansion vessel has either lost its charge, or the innards have perished.
