Hello,
Can anybody please help me with a self inflicted disaster ?.
I have managed to sratch, a large double glazed pane of glass in a conservatory. I managed this by slipping with a portable sander, while stripping down the woodwork.
Is there a succsesful way of polishing a scratch out of glass, or am I wasting my time ?.
The scratch as I call it is more like a scuff mark, which is not very deep.

Thank you
Michael Foster

Someone once told me brasso (TM) could be used to buff out glass scratches.

I've never tried it though

A mate used to work in a glass factory and they used to use a really wet brillo pad . And agree with brasso that also works

I had a scratch on my car and I used this cream from Betterware called Scratch-Away or something like that. It came in a blue tube.

Really good stuff and I think it would work on glass.

Hope you get it sorted.

after I have had a skinful , I breath on it akin to the old dragons ..lol

marks gone ..:)
