Screwed Or Nailed

After advice from a previous post I have decided to use 18mm osb3 for my shed/lean to roof.

I just wanted to know whats the best to use to secure this, nails or screws? Also any advise on length for use with 18mm?

40 mm screw will do.

40mm way to small 60mm at least
