sealing shower & bath

Hi,i will be installing a bath and shower and i'm looking for a product to seal them
the product i'm looking for works the same as tile upstands on a shower tray
there like a rubber strip that sticks to the side of the tray before installation just like the tile upstands you would tile over them so this seal would not be visible
i used this product before but i forgot the name of it and a goggle search yielded nothing but stuff you but over the top of tiles which i don't want

the name of this stuff would be great
