Separating UV Bonded glass from substrate

Hello, I am trying to separate a small piece of (broken) 15mm thick glass that has been uv bonded to a stainless steel disc. I have tried boiling it in water to maybe soften the joint, but no luck. Would soaking in acetone for a few days work? Anyone else has to do this? Thanks - Paul

Heat in excess of 130 degrees centigrade. Boiling water to cool.
