Serious Mold Issue in Master Bedroom

Hello, we live in a 1970's Semi Detached Property and have a serious mold issue that has be on-going for many years now. There is no mold anywhere else in the house except for the master bedroom where alot of mold has formed on the windows and ceiling, damp has also caused the wall paper to peel around the windows. The heating is always on the in the winter months and this room is always kept a suitable tempreture. The room used to have an air vent leading to the outside but was removed a long time ago. All of our neighbours dont have any mold or damp in their bedrooms as we live on a housing estate where all properties are the same. The master bedroom is also located next to the bedroom and is at the rear of the property, thank you. I have also attached some pictures down below.

What arrangements do you have, to extract moisture laden air, from the bathroom? Where do you dry clothes? Do you use an extract hood, over the cooker, always when cooking, and does it extract to outdoors?
