Hi all
I purchased a property from a housing association for 25 years the 5 houses all shared the same dungwell which has been emptied by a private company on behalf of the housing association every 2 weeks .
There was never any kind of service charge for this service provided and when we purchased the property I thought that there would be a charged separately.
Nothing was included in the condition of sale from the housing association.
It's been a few months and nothing has been mentioned by the housing association.
Thought that would divide the yearly total that the private company are charging the housing association and bill me but nothing.
Can they enforce anything as they still need to empty for the other houses that all still rent
