Hello, I have a wooden shed in the garden, even though I have a good quality lock on it I would like to have an alarm put on it! I don't want one that just sences when you open the door as with being made out of wood anybody could force there way in through the sides if they wanted to.
if anybody can help that would be great.
Thanks

Thanks for that, but I've never heard of them, do you have a link of one please?

Do you have power? What's your budget?

Most sheds are outside at the bottom of the garden, so unless its either very very loud or you have it wired into the house you may not hear an alarm.

What are the hinges like?
the quality of the wood on the door etc?

Sheds these days are so cheaply made that its easy to rip the panels off and get into them.

So if you want to protect whats inside then IMO it needs making more secure. ensure hinges are strong and hidden, the bits that they and the locks are fitted to are reinforced, inside is lined, windows are protected without beading that can easily be lifted out.
An alarm outside the shed that can be filled with spray foam (given shed heights - easily done) is useless.
