Shed base

Hi all just a quickie

I'm about to lay a base for a sectional garage approx 18' x 13' Do i need any additives to the concrete or steel mesh or is this over kill ?

Was planning on going for basic ready mix but after reading a few things am now wondering?

Unless it's at all dodgy ground there is no real need but it is pretty cheap and easy to throw in a sheet of mesh so why not if it is not too much hassle.
