Shed Flooring Insulation advice

Hi Guys. I have insulated the Walls and roof with 70mm Xtratherm foam boards, I have a few boards left, Could i use these for the floor or is that overkill. I,m about to send the spare ones back to builders yard but its dawned on me I could use it to do floor.
I already have some 20mm floor foam sheets. Should i stick with that plan? Please advise
