Should I move these pipes?

All the pipes in my house run under the joists, except these 2. I almost cut through them with my shiny new multi tool!

Should I move them down, or just live with it? I will be renovating / stripping out old shower room next, so could leave the floorboards in this room loose until ready. Plumber will be moving the heating pipes and installing a new rad at some point, and I still need to solve the mystery of the missing hot water pipes, which I think runs behind the tiles in the shower room, as that is the only place I haven't looked yet!
