My garden is in need of major maintenance after being neglected for a few a years. The pebble dashed wall has been untreated since it was built in the early 80s and was covered by clematis which i removed yesterday as they require too much maintenance. The trouble is, the wall looks awful. I don't think the stains will come off by power washing. Would it look awful next to the brick wall if I painted it cream?
Should I paint over this wall?

Do you mean the building on the left ? ( brick wall?) or the patio base?
If the building to the left, I'd paint both
If the base, leave the base but paint above
But remember, once you paint a building/ wall, you have to keep doing it
