After getting this particular room skimmed there was a lot of cracks appeared (previously had crack damage from tree roots) was agreed to remove any loose plaster and fill, then plaster the whole room for a better finish rather than just filling the cracks.
However after the cracks appeared the plaster has come back and filled like this and said they will be ready for sanding tomorrow… meaning I have to sand it.
My question is I’ve paid £3k for 5 rooms and 1 ceiling to be skimmed and now I’m left with 2 of the rooms like this… is this an acceptable way of leaving a job?
