Hi, just had a new toilet fit on top of a new floor. The plumber has neither secured it to the wall (difficult cause there is a big gap behind cistern as wall is not straight) or secured it to the floor. Also no silicone at the base either.

It feels solid enough on first use. Is it a big deal or should I get them back?

Many thanks for any input.
