I recently moved in to a new home and the upstairs bathroom has a Mira electric shower installed. The pressure is abit low so you have to get right under it so to speak.
directly behind the wall that the shower is on there is a cubby hole were i have had a valiant EcoTec 837 installed.I'm now wondering , would it be possible run a mixer shower from the boiler to improve the pressure ? .

If you have good mains hot and cold pressure and flow at the bathroom sink then it will drive a shower. Make sure you get a thermostatic shower
as hot temperature control of water from combi boilers isn't perfect.

Personally I would keep the electric shower as well for a backup when the combi boiler is down for repair but that is just me.
