I have a bottle-trap shower drain that I would, ideally like to connect to a bathroom sink drain pipe in order to minimise pipework. The problem is that whilst the shower is only 600mm away from the pipework it sits approx 120mm lower. Any suggestions or am I going have to run another length of pipework to the outside drain?
Thx

Either that, or fit some thing like a Whale Gulper pump kit.

Will the 11/4"/32mm basin waste pipe cope with the shower waste water?
It should be 11/2"/40mm, but some even recommend using 2"/50mm waste pipe for a shower outlet pipe.

The outlet from the basin is 32 mm and go's into a 40mm waste pipe via a universal compreesion fitting so no woories there. I think it looks like it's going to be more cost effective to run another waste pipe from the shower trap and leave the basin as it is.

Thanks for the suggestion.
