Shower elbow enquiry

People,

I am trying to source a shower outlet elbow that is fitted to bathroom tiles that accepts a shower hose and then passes into a wall for connection inside the wall to a shower valve.

I am only able to locate a metal elbow that has a plastic cover which is not what I require.

Can anyone advise on an all metal fitting that id decorative?
