Yes - just connect it in parallel with the fan switch.
i.e. permanent live - humidistat - fan switched live.
Plus neutral and cpc, of course.

Humidistats aren't the best things in the world - not their fault.
It's 87% outside here today.
 
bloody hell they are expensive !

I got a manrose fan off ebay for £25 with one built in. Took a bit of adjusting, but pleased.


Wired that way would cause the bathroom light to come on when humid.
And then people, pulling the light switch cord, making it get stuck on.
