shower fixing kit

Hi all,

I bought a bar shower fix kit from Screwfix the other day.

I was wondering if I was ok to use plastic pipe with inserts right upto the top or does it need to be copper for strength?

Sorry for the noobie question, I'm still nervous with water.

You can use plastic pipe into the 15mm compression fittings at the top of the fixing.

The correct pipe support inserts will add strength to the plastic pipe.
