Shower head holder bracket extension ?

Hi I am looking for a shower bracket arm that extends to about 20cm - 25cm anyone have any ideas?

Something like this, my hot water pressure isn't great so it falls close to the wall, i believe this will fix my issue...

I cant seem to find any that are 20cm+ only 10cm, it would be better then what i currently have, but 20-25cm would be opitmal...

Do they work with immersion heaters?

The one on amazon is 10cm, cant find one thats 20+cm anywhere, suprrised they've not been made for my reason I'm sure many have the same issue
