Shower hot one min cold the next

Please help our shower is hot for 1 min then cold the next. Also the hall radiator and one of the upstairs radiators are not working the other upstairs and downstairs radiators are fine. We have an ariston combi boiler and have had it serviced, a new fan and diverter valve fitted. We did have a leak upstairs from a pipe that was underneath floorboards of cold radiator but this leak has been repaired.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

Depending on what model it is, sounds like the plate heat exchanger blocked and the boiler keeps going to overheat.
