Hi
My shower in the loft appear to have started to leak as stains have started to appear on the ceiling directly below.
The shower was installed 8 years ago when the loft conversion was done and so far it's been fine until now.
I have inspected the tiles and noticed one or two have become a bit loose when pushed and there are also cracks on the grout.
What is the recommended course of action to fix the issue? Re-tiling and regrout or just a regrout?
Thanks

If the tiles have gone loose then re-grouting won't help, they need to come off and be re-done, shower need properly sealed too by the sounds of it.
