Shower mixer valve help needed please.

Need to replace 20+ year old shower mixer valve(fed up of repairing it) and would like to use mixer bar - however the hot water feed is on the right and not the left.

Can I fit a mixer bar upside down? don't think they're available with right hand hot water feed.

They are.

Have sourced and fitted one, can't remember offhand where from.
