Hi
Fitted an electric shower for someone a few weeks back (Triton T100XR) and all was working fine. Got a call from her to say that if she tries to use the shower between 8am - 9am, the temperature is virtually cold. If she uses it after 9am it's ok. This has been happening every day for about three weeks.
My immediate thought was that there must be a problem with the mains supply. She rang them to ask if there was a problem with the supply pressure or if any work was being carried out nearby and they insisted that there wasn't.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Cheers!

Would say supply pressure.
She needs to have it check, them just saying there isn't a problem isn't the answer.

Is the low pressure neon coming on ?

What's more strange is that I replaced the old shower which was exactly the same and been in use for 4 years with no problems

just an update to this old post in case anyone else has the same problem.

Havn't seen the customer for a while but heard today that after, pressure checks (supplier), electrical checks, replacing plastic pipe for copper and a Triton engineer visit, the problem was.......

A faulty water meter.
